Some of us many times thinks before sleep at night that if tomorrow will be a good day for me so I will be grateful to god. But it does not happen always, to get the best next day is not too easy. 1 . TAKE A GLASS OF MILK BEFORE SLEEPING: You may notice that taking lot of liquids at night may interrupt your sleep at night. But taking a glass of milk before going on bed help you to better sleep. It not only good for the sleeping it is also good for your body.
2 . EAT RIGHT: Eating at night effects your sleeping, we always listen not to eat heavy foods at night. Always take light food at dinner. Don’t take spicy or oily food and junk food at dinner time it will spoil your sleeping.
3 . TURN OFF THE LIGHTS: Before going on bed turn off the lights, or dim the lights of your bedroom. It relaxes your mood and prepares you for the sleeping, if you take better sleep it help you to get rid of stress and you feel energetic in the next morning.
4 . MAKE WORK LIST: It will be great idea to note down about your next days activities. You can prepare yourself for these or there will not be any chance to forget the important work.
5 . MAKE SCHEDULE FOR YOUR DEAR ONES: We remain busy in our daily life and hardly gets any time to meet with our friends or relatives. Note in your dairy at least one person daily to whom you will talk or meet next day.

9 . TAKE SEVER HOURS SLEEP: It is very necessary to take seven hour sleep. To keep the body fit and healthy sleeping properly is essential. If you take only 3-4 hours sleep, you don’t find stress free mind and also it leaves stiffness in your body.
10 . MEDITATION: Before sleeping at night meditation can help you to sleep early or with calm mind. It also relaxes your mood or help you to forget the stress and anxiety.
