Food for us is as necessary as taking breath; We cannot think of our life without air, water and of course food. The God has provided us all necessary things which fulfills all our Geographical or environmental needs. Food not only gives our body nutrients and strength but also affects our mental and emotional health and boosts our energy and strength.

Tastes like Sour, Bitter, Sweet and Salty affect your mood in different manner. Sour increases your anger. Bitter taste is responsible for joy. Sweets makes your thoughts good and reduces fear and shock. Salty enhances fear and reduces joy.
Similarly these tastes provide you healing also. Sweet, nourishes your body and is found in rice, wheat and sugar. Sour food gives your body oils and is found in acidic fruits. Salty softens and stimulates. Bitter purifies the body and you can find it in green vegetables and turmeric.
Food options are many which affects your body, mind and spirit in many ways. It is up to you what kind of food you select to eat and for what Purpose.
